GARDEN COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES SECURES TWO LEASES TOTALING 14,000 SQUARE-FEET AT BAYSHORE PLAZA IN HAZLET

HAZLET, N.J. Garden Commercial Properties continues to record leasing activity and development progress at its shopping and commercial centers throughout New Jersey.
The Short Hills, N.J.-based developer recently signed two leases totaling 14,000 square feet at Bayshore Plaza, a 163,000 square-foot open-air retail complex in Monmouth County, N.J.’s Hazlet Township. Joining current tenants such as Staples, Party City, McDonalds, STS Tire & Auto Center and Childrenswear Centre will be Pet Supplies Plus which signed a 9,200 square-foot lease and Bethany Wines and Liquors which has reserved 4,800 square-feet of space.
What’s more, Garden Commercial Properties is now putting the finishing touches on a 56,000 square-foot Super Foodtown at Bayshore Plaza scheduled to open shortly. The completion of the supermarket will signify the end of a renovation effort at the retail complex which included storefront and interior improvements and upgrades to parking areas and lighting.

Bayshore Plaza is located at the intersection of Route 35 and Hazlet Avenue and is accessible from roadways such as Routes 34, 35, 36 and the Garden State Parkway.
