RENOVATIONS SET TO BEGIN AT COLONIAL PLAZA IN ABERDEEN, N.J.

ABERDEEN, N.J. - Garden Commercial Properties is preparing to begin renovations at Colonial Plaza, the new shopping center located along Route 34 in Monmouth County's Aberdeen Township.
The Short-Hills, N.J.-based developer is converting 25,000 square feet of space at the open-air retail facility to accommodate a new Bed Bath & Beyond, according to Mario Dudzinski, Vice President of Real Estate at Garden Commercial Properties.
Colonial Plaza will be transformed into an upscale shopping center with an innovatively-designed façade and new parking areas. The refurbished retail space will join an existing Super Stop & Shop at the 177,000 square foot Colonial Plaza.
Situated at the intersection of Lloyd Road and Route 34, Colonial Plaza is easily accessible to Routes 34, 9 and the Garden State Parkway.
